Thai Basil Tofu Skewers
Ingredients
- 1 block firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- Bamboo skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes.
