Thai Basil Beef Salad
- 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 red chilies, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Crushed peanuts for garnish
- Marinate the sliced beef in soy sauce for 15-20 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, Thai basil, garlic, and red chilies.
