Teriyaki Sesame Quinoa Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1/4 cup edamame, steamed
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Rinse the quinoa thoroughly under cold water.
- In a saucepan, combine the rinsed quinoa and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the quinoa is cooked and the liquid is absorbed.
