Teriyaki Pineapple Tofu Wrap
Ingredients
- 1 block extra-firm tofu, pressed and sliced
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Marinate tofu slices in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes.
