  • 1 block extra-firm tofu, pressed and sliced
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil


  1. Marinate tofu slices in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook marinated tofu until golden brown.
  3. Warm tortillas according to package instructions.
  4. Assemble wraps by placing tofu, pineapple, lettuce, bell pepper, sesame seeds, and green onions on each tortilla.
  5. Drizzle with extra teriyaki sauce if desired.
  6. Roll the wraps tightly and serve immediately.
