  • 1 cup Quorn pieces
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups cooked rice, for serving
  • Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish


  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add Quorn pieces and cook until golden brown.
  3. Add garlic and sliced bell peppers, stir-frying until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Stir in pineapple chunks, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
