Teriyaki Glazed Tofu Bowl
- 1 block firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Cooked rice, for serving
- Steamed broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers, for serving
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions, for garnish
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Add cubed tofu to the marinade and let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add marinated tofu, and cook until golden brown.
- In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry.
- Pour the slurry into the skillet with tofu and cook until the sauce thickens.
