Teriyaki Ginger Tofu Bowl
- 1 package firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons mirin
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, rice vinegar, sesame oil, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic to create the teriyaki sauce.
