  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup diced fresh mango
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, seeds removed and finely chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. In a bowl, combine diced mango, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, and lime juice to create the mango salsa.
