Sweet and Spicy Sesame Cauliflower


  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, and sriracha sauce.
  3. Place cauliflower florets in a large bowl and pour the sauce over them. Toss until cauliflower is evenly coated.
  4. Spread cauliflower onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cauliflower is tender and caramelized, turning halfway through.
  6. Remove from oven and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
