Roasted cauliflower coated in a sweet and spicy sesame glaze
Sweet and Spicy Sesame Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, and sriracha sauce.
- Place cauliflower florets in a large bowl and pour the sauce over them. Toss until cauliflower is evenly coated.
- Spread cauliflower onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cauliflower is tender and caramelized, turning halfway through.
- Remove from oven and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
