Sweet and Spicy Pineapple Tofu
- 1 block of firm tofu, cubed
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
- Cooked rice for serving
- Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, sriracha, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
- Marinate the tofu cubes in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
