Sweet and Spicy Pineapple Tofu


  • 1 block of firm tofu, cubed
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish
  • Cooked rice for serving


  1. Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, sriracha, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
  3. Marinate the tofu cubes in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Add marinated tofu cubes and pineapple chunks to the pan. Cook until tofu is golden brown and pineapple is caramelized.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve over cooked rice, garnished with chopped green onions.
