  • 2 cups penne pasta
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds, toasted
  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
