Spicy Thai Basil Tofu

Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu, diced
  • 2 cups fresh Thai basil leaves
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 red chili peppers, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sliced red chili peppers. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add diced tofu and cook until golden brown.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Mix well.
  5. Add fresh Thai basil leaves and cook until wilted.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Remove from heat and serve hot.
