Spicy Thai Basil Tofu Bowl
- 1 block of firm tofu, cubed
- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into small cubes.
- In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add tofu cubes to the pan and cook until golden brown on all sides.
