  • 1 block of firm tofu, cubed
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (for garnish)
  • Fresh cilantro (for garnish)


  1. Press tofu to remove excess water, then cut into cubes.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic, ginger, lime juice, and brown sugar to create the satay marinade.
  3. Marinate the tofu cubes in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Thread tofu onto skewers and grill until golden brown.
