  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup ripe mango, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Lime wedges for serving


  1. Start by marinating the shrimp. In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. While the shrimp is marinating, prepare the mango salsa. In a separate bowl, combine diced mango, chopped red onion, minced jalapeño, and fresh cilantro. Mix well and set aside.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they turn pink and opaque.
  4. Warm the flour tortillas in the skillet or microwave.
