Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish

 

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp to the pan and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Stir in diced mango, chili powder, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
