  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup vegan ranch dressing


  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, plant-based milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create a batter.
