Smoky Paprika Chicken Skewers
Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken chunks to the marinade, coating them well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
