Smoky Paprika Chicken Skewers


  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes


  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken chunks to the marinade, coating them well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken onto the soaked skewers.
  5. Grill the skewers, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and slightly charred, about 10-12 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
