Sesame Soy Marinated Tofu


  • 1 package firm tofu
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Green onions for garnish


  1. Press tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix sesame oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame seeds.
  3. Marinate tofu cubes in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake tofu for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
