Sesame Soy Marinated Tofu Wraps
Ingredients
- 1 package firm tofu, pressed and sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup cucumber, julienned
- 4 large whole-grain tortillas
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, maple syrup, and sesame seeds in a bowl to create the marinade.
