  • 2 large eggplants
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Chopped green onions for garnish


  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Slice the eggplants into 1/2-inch rounds.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, minced ginger, minced garlic, and honey.
