Sesame Ginger Glazed Tofu Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 package of firm tofu, cubed
  • 250g of noodles of your choice
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into cubes.
  2. Cook the noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a pan, sauté tofu cubes until golden brown.
  4. Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, rice vinegar, and maple syrup in a bowl to make the glaze.
  5. Add the cooked noodles and tofu to the pan, pour the glaze over, and toss until well-coated.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
