  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for 2 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath to stop the cooking process. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, grated ginger, honey, rice vinegar, sesame seeds, and minced garlic.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the broccoli and the prepared sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the broccoli is glazed and heated through.
