  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz rice noodles
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove beef from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add broccoli and carrot, and stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp.
