  • 2 cans (15 oz each) white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a food processor, combine the white beans, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, and lemon juice.
