  • 2 cups canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup roasted red peppers, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


  1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, roasted red peppers, tahini, garlic, and lemon juice.
  2. Blend until smooth, gradually adding olive oil until the mixture reaches a creamy consistency.
