  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Trim the cauliflower into florets and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper to the cauliflower. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
  4. Spread the cauliflower onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender, tossing halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
