  • 1 cup quinoa, cooked and cooled
  • 1 cup pomegranate arils
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, pomegranate arils, chopped mint, feta cheese, red onion, and toasted slivered almonds.
  2. Gently toss the ingredients until well combined.
