  • 1 package of tempeh, cubed
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Cooked rice for serving


  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add cubed tempeh and cook until golden brown.
  3. Add garlic and onions, sauté until onions are translucent.
  4. Stir in bell pepper, pineapple chunks, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
