  • 2 medium-sized zucchinis, spiralized
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls
  • 1/4 cup basil pesto
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish


  1. In a large bowl, combine the zucchini noodles, cherry tomatoes, and fresh mozzarella balls.
  2. Add the basil pesto and gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
  3. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss gently again.
  4. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
