  • 2 cups zucchini noodles
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/3 cup pesto sauce
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and transfer it to a tart pan.
  3. Spread a layer of pesto sauce on the pastry.
  4. Arrange zucchini noodles, cherry tomatoes, and basil on top of the pesto.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
