  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup basil pesto
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Make a horizontal slit in each chicken breast to create a pocket without cutting through.
  3. Season the inside of each pocket with salt and pepper.
  4. Stuff each pocket with a generous spoonful of pesto and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
  5. Secure the openings with toothpicks to keep the stuffing in place.
