  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup pesto sauce
  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Marinara sauce for serving


  1. Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, pesto sauce, and beaten egg in a bowl.
  2. Take a small amount of the mixture and form a ball around a cube of mozzarella cheese.
