  • 1 pre-made flatbread crust
  • 2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Fresh arugula for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the pre-made flatbread crust on a baking sheet.
  3. Evenly distribute the sliced pears and Gorgonzola cheese over the flatbread.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts on top and drizzle with honey.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  7. Top with fresh arugula, season with salt and pepper, and slice into desired portions.
