Orange Ginger Sesame Salmon
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Orange slices for garnish
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, soy sauce, minced ginger, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the orange-ginger-sesame marinade over the salmon, making sure each fillet is well coated.
