Orange Ginger Sesame Salmon


  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Orange slices for garnish
  • Chopped green onions for garnish


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, soy sauce, minced ginger, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the orange-ginger-sesame marinade over the salmon, making sure each fillet is well coated.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with orange slices and chopped green onions before serving.
