Orange Ginger Glazed Tofu
Ingredients
- 1 block firm tofu
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into cubes.
- In a bowl, mix orange juice, soy sauce, maple syrup, grated ginger, and minced garlic to create the marinade.
- Marinate tofu cubes in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
