  • 4 cod fillets
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (for garnish)


  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic.
  3. Place cod fillets in a baking dish and pour the orange-ginger glaze over them.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cod is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
