  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish



  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the carrot ribbons and sauté until they start to soften, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, soy sauce, grated ginger, and honey.
