  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • Zest of 2 oranges
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
