  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pre-made pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, sauté the mushrooms until tender, then add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted. Allow the mixture to cool.
