Moroccan Spice Roasted Carrots
- 2 lbs carrots, peeled and sliced into sticks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the carrots with olive oil, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, turmeric, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
