  • 1 cup chickpeas, cooked and mashed
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 whole wheat wraps
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • Tahini sauce for drizzling


  1. In a large bowl, combine the mashed chickpeas, chopped parsley, minced red onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, baking soda, salt, and pepper. Mix well to form a consistent mixture.
  2. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  3. Scoop a spoonful of the falafel mixture and shape it into a patty. Cook each patty until golden brown on both sides.
