Mediterranean Baked Feta Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 block feta cheese
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz pasta (like penne or rigatoni)
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the block of feta cheese in the center of a baking dish.
