  • 2 pounds of fresh carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish



  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the sliced carrots with maple syrup, melted butter, salt, and pepper until well coated.
