Mango Cucumber Salsa
- 2 ripe mangoes, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 2 limes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Combine diced mangoes, cucumber, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro in a large bowl.
