Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine diced mangoes, cucumber, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro in a large bowl.
  2. Add lime juice, salt, and pepper to the bowl, tossing gently to combine.
