  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a large mixing bowl, gently combine diced mangoes, avocados, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
  2. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and toss gently to coat.
  3. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
