  • 4 cod fillets
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish


  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the cod fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Remove the cod from the marinade and place them on the preheated grill. Grill for 4-5 minutes per side or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Remove the cod from the grill and garnish with fresh cilantro.
