Lemon Herb Infused Chicken
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 lemons, juiced and zested
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the prepared mixture over them.
