  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 lemons, juiced and zested
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the prepared mixture over them.
  4. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Remove foil and broil for an additional 5 minutes for a golden brown finish.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with additional lemon slices and fresh herbs.
