  • 4 fresh fish fillets
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
