Lemon Garlic Herb Chick’n Wrap

 

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chick’n breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 whole wheat wraps
  • Fresh lettuce, tomato, and cucumber for garnish

 

Instructions

  1. 1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. 2. Place chick’n breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour half of the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Grill chick’n breasts for 6-8 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
  5. 5. Warm the wraps and assemble by placing grilled chick’n on each, topped with fresh lettuce, tomato, and cucumber.
  6. 6. Drizzle the remaining marinade over the fillings, then fold and secure the wraps.
